Community is everything at Yoga @111. Coming together to practice Yin with the dancers and choreographers participating in the Choreographic Lab lead by Wen Wei Wang at Dance Victoria was thrilling!

 

We practiced key poses of Yin, weaving breath and introducing mediation which came together to support an atmosphere of creativity. Exploring sensation through the creation of unique shapes while learning to listen to our bodies gave each of us a retreat-like experience in the art of relaxation.
